The World-of-Vending-Auctions - getting started:

Registration

1. Signing up: Enter your details in our registration form and create a username and password of your choice.

2. In case you are in the European Union and outside of Germany, please enter your VAT Reg. No. as well.
You will then receive net-invoices (without VAT).
 
3. After checking your details, your user account will be activated...

... and you can start participating in our auctions!

General Information

1. As always, all prices given are strictly net-amounts.

- If products are purchased within Germany, the according VAT  (currently 19%) will be added.

- If products are purchased from within the European Union and a valid VAT Reg. No. has been given by the buyer at the time of the auction's end, the sale will be as per net-amount and without VAT

- If products are purchased from outside the European Union, the currently valid VAT (19%) will be added to the net-amount. Once a proper customs certificate is handed in, the VAT can be refunded after export.

- For export deliveries we charge a fee or for customs documents (70 EUR) and if EUR_1-form is requested (50 EUR).

2. If not mentioned otherwise, all products are sold by us as used (and checked) - specifically - without warranty as Products intended for manual overhaul / or use for spare parts.

3. Sale is always ex-works (Incoterms 2000) - Warehouse D - 47800 Krefeld.

4. After an auction has ended, the highest bidder will receive a proforma invoice. After payment is booked at our account, the buyer will be informed and the proper invoice will be issued. The product(s) are then released to be picked up from our warehouse.

5. Payment has to be booked at our account within 5 workingdays. In case of receiving late payments, we reserve us the right to consider the auctioned product as not purchased and may offer it to another bidder.

Forward Auction

1. There is a fixed starting price as well as a fixed end date of the auction.

2. Each user may log in and give a raising bid. The amount of the minimum bid is the current price plus the fixed amount by which the price can be raised. Custom bids higher than a minimum bid can also be entered.

3. After your bid, you will receive a confirmation mail. You will as well receive notification if you were outbidden.

Reverse Auction

1. There is a fixed starting price and a fixed end date of the auction.

2. Every monday, wednesday and friday at 12:00 CET following the starting date of the auction, the price will automatically drop by a fixed amount.

3. The first one to bid will be accepted as the buyer of the article.

4. After your bid/purchase you will receive another confirmation mail.
